This page explains how the ApolloWeb website handles information you choose to send us.
When you get in touch
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business and your message. We use these details to respond, understand your request and discuss a possible working relationship. Please do not include passwords, confidential client records or sensitive personal information.
How your message is delivered
We use website hosting and email delivery providers to send form enquiries to ApolloWeb’s business inbox. These providers process information needed to host the site and deliver the message. We do not send the contents of this form to advertising platforms.
Cookies and tracking
This version of the website does not load advertising pixels or optional analytics. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
When you try the AI voice demo
The demo is an AI conversation, not a call with Pritesh. It only asks for microphone access after you select Start a conversation. Your audio is sent to our AI provider, OpenAI, to understand what you say and generate spoken replies. Please avoid confidential business information, passwords and sensitive personal information.
ApolloWeb does not save demo recordings or transcripts. Any captions are held temporarily in your browser and cleared when you leave or start again. Session recording is disabled in our API configuration; the provider may still process or retain data under its applicable API data policies. This is not a promise of zero retention by every provider.
The demo uses a short session identifier and limited, pseudonymous usage counters to prevent misuse and control costs. It does not add you to a mailing list or send an enquiry on your behalf. Use End demo to turn off the microphone, or Mute mic to pause your audio. Leaving the page or switching away ends the demo. Conversations are limited to approximately three minutes.
Email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by email or follow the WhatsApp link, your chosen email provider or WhatsApp will also process that communication under their own privacy terms.
Questions about your information
To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or ask us to delete an enquiry, contact info@apolloweb.ai. We will consider your request and explain any information we need to retain for an ongoing engagement or record-keeping.
