AI automation for recruitment firms.

I build AI into the jobs your consultants do by hand every week, around the CRM and inbox you already use. One workflow at a time, tested on your own data before anyone relies on it.

The gap

Most agencies use AI. Few get much back.

In a June 2026 survey of 159 agency leaders, 3 in 4 said they use or are piloting AI. Only 21% reported strong returns. (Access and APSCo)

Most of that use is admin help in a chat window. The return comes when AI is built into one actual job, using your data, with a consultant checking what it produces.

Where I'd start

Jobs your consultants repeat every week.

We pick one on the call. These are the usual candidates.

Your database

Find the candidate you already have.

The right person is often already in your system, buried in old notes, emails and call notes that never get searched together. Search across all of it, with the source shown, so a consultant can check before they call.

Enquiries

Every applicant and client enquiry answered.

A quick reply by text or email, a text back when a call is missed, and a short summary for the consultant. It's how my own lead generation sites handle 300+ enquiries a month.

Job ads and outreach

First drafts from roles you've filled before.

Job ads and outreach messages drafted in your firm's voice. The consultant edits and sends.

Reports and admin

No more retyping between systems.

Weekly numbers pulled together and data moved from one system to another, without someone copying it across by hand.

What I've built

Systems that are running now.

You work with me directly, the same person who scopes it and builds it.

Case study

20+ lead generation sites, 300+ leads a month.

Run on my own with AI. Read how it works.

LeadFlow

Enquiry follow-up that keeps moving.

Replies to new enquiries, qualifies them, keeps following up and hands over to a person at the right moment. Built and in use.

My own business

The AI system I run ApolloWeb on.

Records, research and drafts, with every AI-written code change tested and independently reviewed before I sign it off.

How I work

I work with 5 companies at a time.

One workflow at a time, built into how your team already works and kept working as the models change. It's monthly, with no long contract. I'd rather earn the next month.

  1. 01

You tell me one job your team does by hand every week.

A report, research, admin, chasing, or retyping data from one system into another.

  2. 02

I build AI into that job and test it on your real material.

So you can see it works before anyone relies on it. Sometimes I'll put together a quick free demo first, so you can see it on your own work.

  3. 03

Your team uses it on their real work.

With a person checking what it produces.

  4. 04

I keep it working, then on to the next job.

Models change every few months, so I test, update and improve what I've built. When the first one is paying for itself, I start on the next.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something specific to your business? Ask me on a call.

Do you work with Bullhorn, Vincere and other recruitment CRMs?

I build around the CRM you already use, through your own API access. Some CRMs limit what outside tools can do, so I check that with you on the first call before promising anything.

Is it safe to use AI on candidate data?

Candidate data is personal data, so it gets planned in from the start. Before anything uses it in a new way I check the lawful basis with you, and the ICO expects a data protection impact assessment (DPIA) for AI in recruitment. Tools run in your own accounts and a person checks what they produce.

Will this replace my consultants?

No. It takes the repeat admin off them. A consultant still decides who to call, what to send and who to put forward.

Our CRM already formats CVs. Do we need you for that?

Probably not. If a tool you already pay for does the job, I'll use it rather than build it again. Custom work makes sense where the off-the-shelf tools stop.

How long does the first workflow take?

It depends on the job and your systems. You see something working early, and we agree timings once I've seen the actual work.

How much does it cost?

The first call is free. After that it's £4,000 a month, with no long contract, and you get a clear scope and price before committing. Software and AI usage are billed to your own accounts.
