Who it's for

Teams doing the same job by hand every week.

Trying an AI tool is easy. Building it into the work, checked and running every day, is the part I do.

Professional services

Answers and first drafts from your own files.

Past matters, policies and proposals searchable, and first drafts written from your best past work for a person to check.

Recruitment

Your database, actually searchable.

Notes, emails and call notes searched together, and every applicant and client enquiry answered. AI for recruitment firms.

Multi-site businesses

Every enquiry answered, at every site.

Forms, calls, emails and WhatsApp in one place, with a text back when a call is missed and a person picking up from there.

AI automation and implementation

Built into the work, not left in a slide deck.

One job at a time, so you can see what each one saves before the next one starts.

Find

Pick the job worth automating.

I look at where the hours go and what your systems can already do, then help you choose the job where AI saves your team the most time.

Build

Tested on your real material.

Built around the tools you already use, with approval points wherever a decision matters. It isn't relied on until it works on your own cases.

Train

Your team, on their own work.

Practical sessions on video built around your processes, then support while the new habits form.

Keep

Kept working as models change.

Models change every few months, so I test, update and improve what I've built while you use it.

What I've built

Systems that are running now.

There are no account managers or hand-offs. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it, and I stay involved after it goes live.

ApolloWeb started as a website, SEO and lead generation business, and has 20+ paying clients for that work. The same work is now built with AI.

Case study

20+ lead generation sites, 300+ leads a month.

Run on my own with AI, and a new site takes minutes to hours. Read how it works.

LeadFlow

Enquiry follow-up that keeps moving.

Replies to new enquiries, qualifies them, keeps following up and hands over to a person at the right moment. Built and in use.

Clipper

Archive search and clips for production teams.

A working demo that searches a show's episodes and takes the best moments through editing, captions and export. See what it does.

My own business

The AI system I run ApolloWeb on.

Records, research and drafts, with every AI-written code change tested and independently reviewed before I sign it off.

How I work

I work with 5 companies at a time.

One workflow at a time, built into how your team already works and kept working as the models change. It's monthly, with no long contract. I'd rather earn the next month.

  1. 01

You tell me one job your team does by hand every week.

A report, research, admin, chasing, or retyping data from one system into another.

  2. 02

I build AI into that job and test it on your real material.

So you can see it works before anyone relies on it. Sometimes I'll put together a quick free demo first, so you can see it on your own work.

  3. 03

Your team uses it on their real work.

With a person checking what it produces.

  4. 04

I keep it working, then on to the next job.

Models change every few months, so I test, update and improve what I've built. When the first one is paying for itself, I start on the next.

Questions

Straight answers.

Something specific to your business? Ask me on a call.

Do you come to our office?

No. The work is remote, with calls on video, including the first call and the training sessions with your team.

What kind of London companies do you work with?

Established companies with a team doing the same job by hand every week: professional services firms, recruitment agencies, media companies and agencies, and businesses with several sites. If one job takes several people hours each week, it's worth a look.

How is this different from an AI strategy consultancy?

I build the thing, not a report about it. The person you speak to on the first call is the person who builds it, trains your team and keeps it working after.

Will it work with the systems we already use?

That's the starting point. I look at your tools and what they can connect to before anything is built, and it runs in your own accounts. Where a decision matters, a person approves it.

How long before something is working?

It depends on the job and your systems. You see something working early, sometimes with a quick free demo on your own material first, and I agree timings with you once I've seen the actual work.

How much does it cost?

The first call is free. After that it's £4,000 a month, with no long contract, and I agree the scope with you before you commit. Hosting, software subscriptions and AI usage are billed to your own accounts.

What happens if we stop?

What I've built keeps running in your own accounts while you cover the provider costs. Handover, source access and permitted use are agreed before I start.
