Days, sometimes weeks or months per site.
That was the time for one new site before I built AI into how I work.
Case study · my own business
I run 20+ lead generation websites on my own, using AI. Each one ranks on Google for one trade in one area, and a local business rents it and gets the enquiries.
Before and after
Each site ranks for one trade in one area, like a roofer or a drainage company. The work is finding what people search for, building the pages, and making sure every enquiry gets answered.

The sites are better too, with SEO and page speed built in from the start. It costs me less to do, so I can charge less.
How it works now
AI helps me research which services and towns people actually search for. I pick which ones are worth a page.
I write a plain English brief and AI builds the page in the site's design. I check every page before it goes live.
Forms, calls, emails and WhatsApp messages all go into one system I built. A missed call gets a text back straight away.
The business renting the site takes it from there and quotes the job.
I still choose the towns and check every page myself. If a business is already at capacity, I stop adding towns. These are my own sites and my own figures as of October 2026; the businesses renting them aren't named.
What it means for you
If you're working out what to automate first in your business, start where the money comes in. The system behind these sites, LeadFlow, was built first for a client's advertising leads. It replies to new enquiries, qualifies them, keeps following up and hands over to a person at the right moment.
How I work
One workflow at a time, built into how your team already works and kept working as the models change. It's monthly, with no long contract. I'd rather earn the next month.
A report, research, admin, chasing, or retyping data from one system into another.
So you can see it works before anyone relies on it. Sometimes I'll put together a quick free demo first, so you can see it on your own work.
With a person checking what it produces.
Models change every few months, so I test, update and improve what I've built. When the first one is paying for itself, I start on the next.

Yes. AI builds each page from my brief, and I check every page before it goes live. I also choose the towns. If a business is already at capacity, I stop adding towns.
The part most businesses need is the enquiry side: every form, call, email and WhatsApp message in one place, and a text back when a call is missed. That's a good first workflow. It starts with a free 30-minute call.
Next step
Bring one job your team does by hand to a free 30-minute call. I'll tell you honestly whether AI can do it, and roughly how.
